Level II (Advanced) Personal Fitness Training – Advanced Fitness and Recreational Sport
The focus of this course is advanced fitness for the general population and recreational athletes. By registering for this course you have made the decision to take not only yourself to the next level, but also your clients. Aerobic training zone theory, adaptations to strength training, and periodization are some of the major concepts studied. This is the part where you start to refine your knowledge and your own training. Your own comfort levels and skills will be challenged, while all of your theories are put into practice.
