Nutrition for Sport and Performance
This course is designed to provide the participant both general and advanced nutritional information. Nutrition will be examined from a health and performance perspective. Facts and fallacies will be explored as well as a view on nutrition from the mindset of naturopaths and homeopaths. This course will help you to analyze your own diet and then give you chance to make decisions about the existing diets that are always being thrown in our faces.
A certificate will be given upon successfully completing the required exam. After this the participant will be able to assist their clients with the analysis of the eating habits and provide them with Sample or Example eating plans. This course is probably one of the most important of the trainer’s courses. As a trainer, we strive to develop ourselves and find ways to improve on ourselves. From here, we take that knowledge to assist others in their development.
